Artist booths for the 2012 Seattle Tattoo Expo are sold out. If you would like to join the wait list please call 206.447.7725 or email tracie@connorsandco.com.
Vendor booths are still available. Download the registration packet and send it back to us with a 50% booth deposit to reserve a spot.
UBI INFORMATION
All Local Tattoo Shops, Piercing Shops and Vendors are required to have a Washington State UBI Number. Out of state shops and vendors will also need a temporary UBI number.
They are free and can be obtained by calling this number: 1-800-647-7706 or by applying online
here. You may retain this UBI number
for future Seattle conventions as long as it is current with the State of Washington. Please email numbers before August 1st to
tracie@connorsandco.com or call our office (206) 447-7725.
BLOOD BORNE PATHOGEN CERTIFICATION
All artists tattooing or piercing MUST have current blood borne pathogen training as described in 29 CFR 1910.1030. Certificate should be no older than 2 years and you will be asked to show certificates at check-in. All body artists who will be working in a booth must show their individual certificate. One certificate will not cover the whole shop.

EXTRA PASSES
If you know that you will need extra passes for your artists or assistants please purchase them in advance. There will be a limited amount of Artist Passes for
purchase at Check-In. Each additional pass is $30. You may pay by phone via VISA, Mastercard or Amex at (206)447-7725 or send a check to:

HEALTH CODE
Tattoo and Piercing booths will be inspected by Ruby Santiago, Seattle Tattoo Expo's Health and Safety Coordinator, and the King County Health Department Inspector Eyob Mazengia. Please come prepared! A separate letter outlining the Seattle Tattoo Expo's Regulations and King County's Health Codes are available for download. You will be required to sign and return this document prior to receiving your credentials and registration packet. There will be documentation available at the registration check-in tent. Please review prior to check-in.
NEW TO 2012: ALL WA STATE TATTOO ARTISTS & BODY PIERCERS
Tattooing or body piercing at the Expo must be licensed with the State. Artists from outside of WA State will only need to provide a valid copy of their BBP certificate. For those that are not already licensed, here is a link to the application form:
